Deze blend zonder dosage bestaat uit 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay en 15% Pinot Noir. Vinificatie vindt plaats in temperatuur gecontroleerde tanks. De wijn rijpt drie jaar in de kelder voor dégorgement. Een intense en fruitige neus met tonen van mirabelle en mandarijn, in smaak levendig en expressief, met minerale hints en in de afdronk licht geroosterde hints.
This blend, with no dosage, consists of 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Vinification is done in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine rests 3 years in the cellar before being disgorged. An intense and fruity nose with hints of mirabelle plums and mandarin, in taste vivid and expressive, with mineral hints and in the aftertaste slightly roasted hints.
