Bijzondere gourmet-Champagne van meer dan 30 jaar oude wijnstokken. De blend bestaat uit 50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay en 25% Pinot Noir. In geur en smaak een rijkdom aan aroma’s met rijpe nectarine, abrikoos en pruimen ondersteund door spicy en aardse tonen. Veel lengte en spanning. Deze Extra Brut heeft een dosage van 4 gr/l. Productie bedraagt slechts 640 flessen.

In nose and taste a wide range of aromas with ripe nectarine, apricot and prune supported by both spicy and earthy tones. Lots of length and tension. This Extra Brut has a dosage of 4 gr/l. Production is only 640 bottles.
