Van het unieke perceel ‘Le Paradis’ beplant met 50% Chardonnay en 50% Pinot Noir komt deze elegante, complexe gourmet-Champagne met aromas van acacia, citrus, jasmijn, oosterse specerijen en amandel. Een fluwelen structuur en fijne mousse eindigt in een licht ziltige finish. Deze Extra Brut heeft een dosage van 4 gr/l. Productie bedraagt slechts 640 flessen.

A velvety structure and a delicate mousse ends with a slightly salty finish. This Extra Brut has a dosage of 4 gr/l. Only 640 bottles are produced.
