Pinot Beurot is de naam voor de Bourgondische lokale kloon van de Pinot Gris. Net als de Melon een historische druif, die vroeger gebruikt werd om aroma en textuur te geven aan wat mindere jaargangen Pinot Noir. Deze wit is rijk en sappig met aroma’s van honing en amandel en een lange, frisse finale.
Pinot Beurot is the name of the local Burgundian clone of the Pinot Gris. Just like Melon an historic grape variety, that was used in the old days to add aroma and texture to lesser vintages Pinot Noir. This white is rich and juicy, aromas of honey and almond and a longlasting fresh finale.
