Deze Ladoix 1e Cru is afkomstig van 0,45 hectare eigen bezit. De wijngaard dateert uit 1979. De wijnstokken staan aangeplant op kleirijke kalkgrond. Dit is old-school Bourgogne, in een zeer duidelijke stijl, eigen aan de appellatie. Met gedegen houtgebruik, rijk en vol, maar ook met mooie zuurgraad en bitters. Veel structuur en lengte. Een goede introductie voor het wijnmaaktalent van Romain Moniot.
This Ladoix 1e Cru comes from 0,45 hectare own property. The vineyard dates from 1979. The vines are planted on clay-rich limestone soil. This is old-school Burgundy, done in a very distinct style, true to the appellation. With proper oak use, rich and fullbodied, but with beautiful acidity and bitters. Lots of structure and length. A good introduction to the wine making skills of Romain Moniot.
