Le Clos des Grives is het eerste biologische wijndomein in de Jura, al sinds 1968 Ecocert. Benoît Mulin, die geboren en getogen is in de regio en voorheen werkzaam was als bankier in Lyon, keerde terug naar zijn geboortegrond en begon te werken voor Stéphane Tissot, destijds een rising star wijnmaker die wijnen maakte met de druiven van 25 wijnboeren. Mulin bracht zijn financiële en zakelijke know-how in het bedrijf en nam het roer over, toen Tissot zich meer ging richten op de wijngaarden van zijn familie. In 2017 nam Benoît het 4 hectare tellende Clos des Grives over, om hier zelf biodynamisch wijn te gaan maken. Alleen bij de botteling wordt een klein beetje sulfiet gebruikt. De wijnen worden niet geklaard en gefilterd. Benoît maakt alle klassieke Jura-stijlen, waaronder de beroemde Vin de Paille, Vin Jaune en Macvin.
